The BIRTHFIT Power Hour covers the basics of what it means to be BIRTHFIT and why we place so much emphasis on the four pillars of fitness, nutrition, chiropractic and mindset as they relate to pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

This is for anyone looking to understand more about BIRTHFIT Green Bay or our offerings, whether you are planning on getting pregnant, pregnant now, a mama or her partner. Just bring your curiosity and questions!



The BIRTHFIT consultation is an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with the Regional Director to come up with a game plan on how to incorporate the BIRTHFIT pillars into your life.

The BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series is for women who are or will be pregnant AND their birth partner. In the Prenatal Series, you will:

-Encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT

-Experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work (active movements in class)

-Discover your own birth missions and design your personal postpartum plan

This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for both mom and partner.

Come dressed in yoga type athletic wear for comfort and for optimum movement.

The BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series Breath & Flow typically spans 4 weekly 60 minute classes. The series is designed for women that is at least 4 weeks postpartum but anyone can benefit! In the Postpartum Series Breath & Flow, you will:

Start with improving breathing patterns and will evolve into full body functional motor patterns ~(think of your baby and the stages they go through growing...laying, rolling, crawling, squatting; This is an active movement class.)

Understand that with EVERY pregnancy by the 3rd Trimester you will have a diastasis. What are you doing to prepare and better yet how are you recovering from it?

Establish a solid core foundation and enhance your posture through safe, effective movements that transfer to any activity of daily life. (Getting back to the basics of learning to properly breath and move at the same time)

People joke and think it’s okay to wear Depends or liquid catching undergarments for the rest of their life. That it is “normal” to pee our pants when we cough, sneeze, stand or jump rope. It most certainly is not normal and definitely NOT OKAY! And we didn’t even get to the topic of painful intercourse and our pelvic floor!

Come ready to move and reconnect with your breath and body again! Yoga/athletic type clothing and Yoga mat recommended.

The original BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series typical spans 8 biweekly 60 minute classes. It is designed to rehabilitate your body, mind, and soul. In the Postpartum Series, you will:

Honor your postpartum body

Establish a solid core foundation

Wake up your posterior chain

Enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life taks

Come Prepared to MOVE, SWEAT, & CONNECT with a tribe of other empowered super-moms!
